RITZSOFT TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED · Ritz Hosting

1. Supplier

Tax invoices for Ritz Hosting are issued by RITZSOFT TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, 19, South Street, Malaiadivaram, Muthalagupatti, Dindigul – 624002, Tamil Nadu, India. The GSTIN printed on each invoice is the one configured for the company at the time of issue. Listed prices on the website are in INR exclusive of GST.

2. Rate and calculation

GST is added at checkout at the rate set in our billing settings (18% unless a change in law or a specific HSN/SAC treatment requires otherwise). The invoice shows subtotal, GST amount, and total. Rounding follows our billing system (paise via Razorpay).

3. Your GSTIN and billing address

If you need a GST invoice in your business name for input tax credit, add your GSTIN, billing name, and billing address in Settings → Profile before the invoice is issued. We print the details on file at issue time. We do not rewrite paid invoices to add a GSTIN or address later except to correct a genuine error we made.

4. When invoices are issued

  • A tax invoice is generated when you place a paid order (new service) or when a renewal invoice is opened
  • Payment is collected through Razorpay in INR (UPI, cards, netbanking, and other enabled methods)
  • We do not raise invoices in USD or from a foreign entity
  • Hosting is billed per term. We do not create an automatic Razorpay subscription mandate unless we later offer that as an optional method and you opt in

5. Credit notes

If a refund is approved under the Refund Policy, we will issue a GST credit note as required and refund via Razorpay to the original method. ITC already claimed by you on the original invoice must be reversed on your side as GST law requires.

6. Records

Download invoices from the client portal. We retain tax records for the statutory period. For invoice queries write to info@ritzsoft.in with the invoice number.
